Destined Rivals Booster Bundle
Effective Date: June 15, 2025
1. Overview: At ShakaCollects, we take pride in providing carefully inspected, fairly priced trading cards and collectibles. Due to the nature of the products we sell — including condition-sensitive and collectible items — we maintain the following return and refund guidelines to protect both our customers and the integrity of the market.
2. Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns only under the following conditions: The item received is not as described (e.g., incorrect item, wrong condition grade). The item arrives damaged due to shipping. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos and/or unboxing video) and explanation. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or market price fluctuations.
3. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable: Opened booster packs or sealed products. Single cards sold in accurately described condition. Clearance or final sale items.
4. Return Process: To initiate a return: Contact us at connect@shakacollects.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging. If eligible, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.
5. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after the return is approved and processed. In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative.
6. Shipping Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (wrong item, incorrect listing), we’ll cover return shipping costs. If not, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
7. Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before shipment only. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel. Once an item has shipped, it cannot be canceled or rerouted.
